Talent Collision is not an ordinary job fair, but a unique networking opportunity. Job seekers will get a chance to talk to businesses, entrepreneurs can find like-minded people and companies can meet new talent, whether they are hiring now or plan to hire in the future. jobZology® will facilitate education sessions about the intersection of culture and reality in early stage hyper growth companies, about hiring using talent analytics and what happens when both employer and job seeker are a good match. Among the speakers are the cofounders of jobZology®, Professors of Psychology at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Dr. Kurt Kraiger and Dr. Bryan Dik. Every education session will be joined by a panel discussion.
