Sheraton Memphis Downtown Hotel, Memphis, TN

At NAGA’s annual education conference, Dr. Kurt Kraiger will be discussing strategies to retain and find quality employees. North American Gamebird Association (NAGA) represents American pheasant, quail and partridge farms, the hunting clubs that purchase birds from those farms, and business suppliers who service this industry.  Most of the members operate family farms, some of which are multi-generational. They use a lot of entry level employees, but greatly value good quality employees that they can cultivate and grow into larger roles within their businesses.
